Media Center has the Sonic encoders installed. Install that, reboot, and you should have the options now for Video and Slideshow dvds. Dana Cline - MCE MVPI assume most of the time is in the conversion, and I don'

For example: 1) Can play a slideshow of MULTIPLE folders? 2) Can you use slide transitions? 3) Can you choose to have also removed the obviously pointless things like "burn to a DVD" which makes no sense for something that doesn't have a DVD burner in it. Otherwise, it's basically the same experience

One day, my PC refused to rotate photos. Does anyone know what kind of driver, etc. is needed to make it work again? Thanks in advance. ShannonUm, rotate photos in what? Media Center photo slideshow? - I am curious as to why . StuMy successful attempts work on XBOX attached to TV and an inexpensive $50 DVD player. If recorded to DVD-RW, disk is not recognized by DVD player though it works on computer. You must record to DVD-R for external player as far as I know. I think you get Photo Story with 2005 as I did with the HP upgrade. Picture quality and tools are limited somewhat though
transitions? Thank you for tips. MarcoIf I were doing it, I think I'd make another subdirectory for "my woman" and copy the pictures into it. Then MCE can do a slideshow on that directory with no problem. To easily select all the desired pictures, can you cause the tag field to be displayed in Explorer? Then sort on it, and range-select all the "my woman&
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this or not, but I'm fairly new to this whole thing.
